About

I am a mental health and addiction counselor who has personally witnessed the profound impact of mental health issues on myself, my family, friends, and the community. This experience fuels my passion for advocating for mental health awareness and supporting those in need. After a career in the technology industry, I transitioned into the mental health field to pursue my calling to help others who are struggling.

I earned my Master’s in Counseling from Regis University in 2022 and am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Addiction Counselor (LAC), Marriage and Family Therapist Candidate (MFTC), and trained Clinical Supervisor in Colorado. I am committed to ongoing professional growth and have completed specialized training in EMDR, advanced trauma-focused approaches, and expressive modalities, including Art, Play, and Sandplay therapy. These integrated approaches support my work with clients navigating trauma, depression, anxiety, and substance use concerns.
