I am a mental health and addiction counselor with a deep, personal understanding of how mental health challenges can affect individuals, families, and entire communities. My approach is rooted in creating a safe, compassionate, and nonjudgmental space where clients can explore their inner world, build insight, and heal. I specialize in working with adolescents and adults as they navigate self-discovery, build self-esteem, and develop lasting confidence. With a strong interest in the connection between neuroscience and mental health, I support clients in understanding how the mind and body interact, empowering them to make meaningful, lasting change.

Who We Are

Treatment Approach

My approach combines the integration of creative modalities with traditional theoretical frameworks to offer clients a comprehensive, multifaceted approach to addressing challenges. By incorporating techniques such as Art, Play, and SandPlay, I aim to engage both hemispheres of the brain to empower healing and growth.

"There is a crack in everything. That’s how the light gets in."
